What is structural balance?
Structural balance is when we achieve the proportionate ratios of strength between the different movement patterns of the body.
As a unit - by teaching compound movements rather than isolating muscles and developing the body's sling systems.

We work with a diverse range of patients and clients, including sufferers of chronic injuries and pain to clients riddled with arthritis, to those who are diabetic or pre-diabetic and want to improve their insulin and blood sugar management. Clients who want to improve their health and well-being, including improving their endocrine function, skin health, bone and heart health. From elderly people who want to walk again unaided and regain their independence, to the elite athlete that wants to improve performances whilst simultaneously building a robust structure with the aim of reducing the possibility of injury. Clients who want to keep up with their children and grandchildren or to perform everyday tasks more efficiently and pain free. The amateur cyclist who still wants to ride strong, to the golfer who wants to improve their drive. Clients who want to look and feel better. From those determined to avoid hip surgery, to those who have had surgery and want to regain and further improve their strength with the aim of enhancing their everyday experiences and improve their outlook on life.

“Working with Andreas - a life-changing experience for me.” As with most of us, the Pandemic changed my life in terms of activity. I ended up being more lethargic and more passive.
The result of this was significant increase in my body weight and diagnosis as pre-diabetic. I have a lower back problem as well which needed managing.
That’s when by chance, I contacted Andreas. He agreed to work with me online (Skype). He slowly and methodically improved my body’s structural balance and how I move while paying special attention to my lower back. In turn, my strength remarkably improved and from being someone who suffered from lower back pain I am now squatting 50kg and dead lifting 100kg and reaping all the benefits from doing that. I hadn’t even dreamt of such achievements. Noteworthy is the fact that strength training has improved my fitness and stamina. "I have never been that good at sports and my gym attendance record was abysmal (low motivation, normal weight, long working hours being the main factors). In January 2009 I suffered from a nasty slipped disc - I was very worried about being able to continue my career. From March 2009 until July 2009 I trained with Andreas and the results have surpassed all my expectations: my core stability has greatly improved and lower back pain/stiffness has fully resolved.
