In most cases working on a one to one basis with a coach would be more favourable when compared to working with a partner or within a group. Sessions are dense, there is much theory and practical application. So much information that we would want to past on to you and so much to teach you; movement patterns, lifting techniques, corrective exercise, breathing and recovery techniques. Furthermore, despite the fact that each individuals exercise prescription would be pre-planned, individual changes almost always need to take place within a session due to daily changes in each individuals physical and sometimes emotional and psychological state. For these reasons working on a one to one basis is in most cases more practical and can be more advantageous.
However, this does not mean that we cannot deliver great results when working with more than one person at a time. In order to make our product accessible for more people, and for those who enjoy and benefit from sharing their journey with others, we have devised a method of teaching that can facilitate partner and group training.

A 15-20’ discussion or more if needed in person or over the phone is offered. From then on the first session would be purchased as a single session so that you can have a better idea of the product and get to know the coach before committing to a monthly subscription. The single session will be offset from the first month's price.
